Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. There is no minimum spend and no shipping fee added at checkout.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship designs: prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces (including rings made in your ring size): may need additional time. We will confirm the expected timeline with you after you order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Times
- United States: usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed.

Packaging
Every Smiling Stone piece arrives in secure, discreet packaging inside a premium jewelry box, ready to keep or to give as a gift.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible – we can update it as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
- Delays can occasionally happen because of customs, weather or carrier issues outside our control. If your parcel seems delayed, contact us and we will help you track it down.
