We create fine jewelry with lab-grown diamonds and moissanite – stones with incredible brilliance that are more sustainable and more affordable than mined diamonds. Every design is carefully crafted and checked before it reaches you.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin – they are grown in a controlled environment instead of being mined, which makes them conflict-free and kinder to the planet.

Moissanite is a gemstone that looks very similar to a diamond, with even more fire and sparkle. It is extremely hard and durable, making it ideal for everyday wear, and it costs much less than a diamond of the same size.

Yes. Because lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds, they test as diamonds on standard diamond testers. Moissanite is a different gemstone and can be told apart from diamond using specialist testing equipment.

Our jewelry is available in 925 sterling silver and 10K, 14K and 18K solid gold. The metal options for each design are shown on its product page.

Yes! If you have a design in mind – or want to adjust one of ours – email us at smilingstone553@gmail.com with your ideas and any reference photos, and we will guide you through the options.

Ready-to-ship designs are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces may take longer, and we will confirm the timeline with you. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days in the United States and 7–14 business days internationally.

Yes – we ship worldwide and shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.

Please email us as soon as possible at smilingstone553@gmail.com. We can usually change or cancel an order as long as it has not been dispatched or gone into production.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account. See our Order Tracking page for more help.

Enter your US ring size on the product page before adding a ring to your bag (for example 7 or 7.5). If you are not sure of your size, a local jeweler can measure your finger, or you can compare a ring that already fits well. Still unsure? Email us and we will help.

• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or its box to avoid scratches.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming, cleaning, exercising or applying lotions and perfume.
• Clean gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry with a soft cloth.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Read our full Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom-made, personalized and engraved pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or not as ordered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
