How to Track Your Order
- When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
- Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status of your parcel.
- If you created an account, you can also see your orders and their status any time by logging in to your account.

When Will My Order Ship?
- Ready-to-ship designs: dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces: may take longer – we will confirm the timeline with you after you order.
Delivery Times After Dispatch
- United States: usually 5–7 business days.
- International: usually 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance.
